• Perform routine pool and spa cleaning, including skimming, brushing, vacuuming, and filter/basket maintenance.

• Test and balance water chemistry to ensure safe, healthy swimming conditions.

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and perform minor repairs on pumps, heaters, filters, and control systems; report larger issues as needed.

• Handle seasonal services such as pool openings, closings, and spa maintenance.

• Communicate professionally with customers, explain service needs, and document work performed.

• Follow all safety and chemical-handling protocols and identify any potential hazards.

• Maintain tools, supplies, and service vehicles for efficient daily operations.

• Assist with installations, leak detection, and larger repair projects when required.
